★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten wo unfreundliches und eingebildetes Personal gesehen. Schwätzen miteinander und ignorierten die Kundschaft, auf freundliche Nachfrage um Hilfe wird man auch noch unverschämt behandelt.
Derzeit wird umgebaut, hoffentlich tauscht man auch das Personal in Marcali aus !!
Großes Lob hingegen für die Damen beim DM in Keszthely, diese sind sehr hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert. Vielleicht sollten die Damen aus Marcali dort einmal hingeschickt werden, sie könnten etwas dazulernen!!
Rarely seen unfriendly and conceited staff. Chatting with each other and ignoring the customers, if you ask for help you are treated impudently.
It is currently being rebuilt, hopefully the staff in Marcali will also be exchanged!
On the other hand, big praise for the ladies at the DM in Keszthely, they are very helpful and customer-oriented. Perhaps the ladies from Marcali should be sent there one day, they could learn something new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedves a kiszolgálás. Egy pumpás arckrém nem volt használható,másnap visszavittem,hogy tudunk-e megoldást találni a problémára. Kedvesen,minden fanyalgás nélkül visszaadták az árát,elnézést kértek a kellemetlenségért. Én vettem egy másikat és az eladó hölgy javaslatára ki is próbáltuk. Maximálisan meg vagyok elégedve a kiszolgálassal.
The service is very nice. A pump face cream was not usable, I took it back the next day to see if we could find a solution to the problem. Kindly, without any fuss, they gave back the price, apologizing for the inconvenience. I bought another one and tried it on the suggestion of the seller lady. I am maximally satisfied with the service.
