★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos azt kell mondanom a kommunikáció nagyon gyenge, igazából mindig nekem kell mindenről érdeklődnöm. E-mailre sokszor nem kapok választ, telefonon is nehézkesen sikerül kapcsolatot teremtenem. 2018.08.04-én adtam megbízást egy problémás telektulajdon kapcsán. Sajnos a precizitásban is volt probléma, valamint lassan fél év távlatából sem történt előrelépés, pedig egy egyezség már megszületett 2018.10.16-án. Most 2019.03.20-van és azóta nem sikerült összehozni egy normális szerződést. Eddig konkrétan 1 szerződés tervet láttam, ami úgy volt hibás ahogy van, ezt én javítottam ki, írtam át de a másik fél is komolytalannak titulálta. Tehát 5 hónapja megvan az egyezség, csak le kellene papírozni, de sajnos eddig az a tapasztalatom, hogy nem igazán sikerül. Szerintem az sem normális, hogy október 16-i megállapodás után január 18-án kapom meg az első (egyébként rossz) tervezetet. Ha valaki ráér és nem érdekli, hogy hogy van kezelve az ügye, akkor bátran ajánlom.

Unfortunately there was a problem in precision, and there was no progress in the first half of the year, although a settlement was already in place on 2018.10.16. It is now 2019.03.20 and since then it has not been possible to bring a normal contract. So far, I have seen 1 contract plan, which was as bad as I did, I did repair it, I wrote it, but the other party also called it unkind. So, for 5 months, there is a deal, I just need to get paperwork, but unfortunately my experience so far does not really succeed. I do not think it is normal for me to get the first (otherwise bad) draft on January 18 after the agreement on 16 October. If someone is up and does not care what their case is, then I strongly recommend it.
