I love this business, it is open all winter. There are many nice things to get here. The sellers are very normal, kind, helpful. It is worth going in to buy.

Einsendung war nicht möglich, da außerhalb der Saison niemand zu erreichen ist. Die Post wurde retourniert. Als ich die Hose in der Folgesaison persönlich Umtauschen lassen wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, das der Franchise-Nehmer gewechselt hat und damit die Zuständigkeit erloschen ist. Mir wurde seitens des Mutterunternehmens die Beweislastumkehr der defekten Naht auferlegt, sodass ich nun mittels Gutachter des Verbraucherschutzvereins mein Recht einfordern muss. Ansonsten gut eingerichteter Laden. Mein Tipp: Vor Ort anprobieren - online kaufen! Nachtrag 10.08.2017: Aufgrund dieses Beitrags wurde mir aus Kulanz der Tausch gewährt. When I wanted to have the trousers exchanged personally in the following season, I was informed that the franchisee had changed and the responsibility had expired. The parent company imposed the reversal of the burden of proof on the defective seam, so that I now have to claim my right through an expert from the consumer protection association. Otherwise well-equipped shop. My tip: try it on - buy online! Addendum 10.08.2017: Due to this contribution I was granted the exchange out of goodwill.
