Elkötelezett biciklisek, a falakat régi csúcs MTB-k díszítik. Kedvenc szolgáltatásaim: a kerékfűzés, fékolaj csere, teleszkóp szervíz. Bizalommal vittem oda legközelebb is, már hetedik alkalommal voltam náluk 3 bicajjal, éreztem hogy nagyon profik és jó helyen járok. Könnyedén, azonnal, vagy aznapra megcsináltak mindent, sőt a jelentéktelen apró bajaim is azonnal orvosolták. Végre nem szakcikkeket olvasok, youtube-ot nézek és magam próbálom megoldani, hanem bizalommal fordulhatok a megfelelő emberhez! o	osi22 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én első körben teló karbantartásra vittem a cangám, de szerettem volna ha a fékemet is rendbe teszik, és a pontatlan váltóra is ránéznek. Érdekes mód semmiféle átvételis pappert nem adtak, csak „elektronikusan” vették fel az adataim. Miután elkészült a javítás, első ránézésre minden jónak tűnt. A következő hosszabb tekerés után viszont kiderült, hogy a fék továbbra sem okés, és a váltó még mindig nem az igazi. Mint kiderült nem is oktalanul: a beígért fékfolyadék csere nem történt meg(teljesen elhasznált fekete maradt az olaj színe), és a váltó is lötyögött a váltófülön, így érhető volt a váltás akadozása. Mindezzel nem is lenne probléma, ha nem lett volna átvételkor minden javítás leokézva. Így viszont azt gondolom a reklámszövegükkel ellentétben a problémámat nem megoldották, hanem egyszerűen ignorálták. Tanulság: tételes javítási jegyzőkönyv felvétele átadáskor, átvételkor számla és javítási jegyzőkönyv kérése, hogy ilyen eseteknél könnyen lehessen reklamálni. Nálam ez kimaradt, így inkább végül magam szántam rá időt és javítottam ki a hibákat. As it turned out, not unreasonably: the promised brake fluid change did not take place (the color of the oil remained completely worn out), and the gearshift was swaying in the gearshift tab, so there was a change in the shift. It wouldn't be a problem if all the repairs hadn't been completed at the time of receipt. So, on the other hand, I think, unlike their ad text, they didn’t solve my problem, they simply ignored it. The lesson is to record an itemized repair report upon delivery, request an invoice upon receipt, and request a repair report so that you can easily complain in such cases. I missed it, so I ended up taking the time to fix it myself.
