We left our dog there during the Sziget festival for 6 days. Very welcoming and profesionnal staff. Dogs are kept together so they can play with each other, and this help for socialization. Great experience!

I have Silvia Hackl as a cat sitting and she is fantastic, love my cats, plays with them, they love her so much. I always find my cats calm and quiet. Give the food on time and box always cleaned. I always get some photos and videos to see them during the holidays

Based on website and the majority of reviews the place looked OK, the best in Budapest, even. Staff was very kind, flexible and quick to communicate with, so that's definitely positive. I have brought my 4.5 months old corgi puppy yesterday (to the Dél-Buda branch) but after going inside and checking out the place I did not leave her there. First thing that threw me off was that while I was still waiting outside (when you get there you have to call a number so they come and let you in) I heard someone yelling with the dogs (Don't go there! Stay here! Come here! I told you not to do that! etc.) which is OK in some cases but a place that prides itself on having professional trainers on site should know better. Yelling never gets you anywhere with a dog, apart from them being fearful of you or mistaking yelling for affection and then continuing with the bad behaviour to get more affection. The second thing was that the place was genuinely dirty, and so were all the dogs there. There is no grass for the dogs to play, there is artificial grass but that belongs to two small private cages by the entrance so unless your dog is antisocial he/she will not go in there. So you have two options for your dog: it goes in the one cage with mulch on the ground, or the one with concrete. Now the one with the mulch was barely covered in mulch, it was about 80% mud and only 20% mulch. The one with the concrete surface (with the smaller breeds, where my dog was supposed to go) had huge puddles all over and all the dogs in there were muddy and dirty from their paws to the top of their heads. I asked what was going on with that, I was told it was because of the rain and there is nothing to be done about the dirt...I did not want to go in to any suggestions so I said thank you and left. I am simply sharing my experience to shed some light on the many many positive reviews that are here. Based on the amazing reviews initially I booked the taxi service as well (they come and pick up the dog, and then take it home after the daycare) but then decided to take the dog instead in the morning and see what the place was like. Thank God I did. I'm sure this place is fine for some but this wasn't an environment I wanted to leave my dog in. It was the same feeling like when you are checking out a nice private school for your kid and then you go and tour the local public school with the bad infrastructure and shady looking kids. It just hits you in the face. They have two other branches (which apparently handle rain better and don't get too dirty) but I'm not very keen on trying either. I will just stick to making arrangements with family members and using private doggy daycares in my area if needed (even though they are more hectic with their availability and sometimes make for logistical nightmares). Thanks for the kindness of your staff though.

We've been quite frequent guests for 2 years now, never had a single issue or problem. They are also quite flexible when our plans suddenly change. And they got a hold of a POS terminal as well, so couldn't ask for anything better :D

Pick up service is convenient. Cared my dog for long time and i was satisfied. Hope they send photos of dogs individually to owners when a dog stay for long term

My dog is a returning guest for the last years, she always goes away waving her tail, everyone treat her with so much love, never had an issue with them, while in their care she is checked by a vet if she seems bad (happened just couple of times in about 4 years), when she was taking pills, people make sure to follow the treatment and many more positive things, I can highly recommend it.
