★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon 2019.12.05-én voltam üzemorvosi vizsgálaton, már a recepciónál a hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A doktor nő és nővér is nagyon barátságos kedves és emberséges volt. Köszönet érte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szolgáltatásuk minősége nagyon sokat zuhant az elmúlt időszakban.
A recepciós a központi számukon (Nagy Brigitta) dühítően lekezelő hagnemben beszél, nem is értem hogy egy ügyfélszolgálati munkatárs esetében ez hogyan elfogadható. Amikor időpontfoglalás miatt hívtam, még azt sem tudta az elvárható hatékonysággal teljesíteni, és mindeközben úgy viselkedett, mintha meg lenne sértődve, hogy egyáltalán felhívtam. Pedig semmi szokatlant nem kértem tőle.
A recepciós inkompetenciája mellett a vérvétellel is voltak problémák. Felkértük a céget, hogy végezze el nekünk az éves munkaalkalmassági vizsgálatokat. Sem az ápoló, sem az orvos nem tudott hatékonyan vért venni. Több munkatársat is többször meg kellett szúrniuk mire megtalálták a vénát, és aztán még az állományunk tagjait hibáztatták, azt állították, hogy "túl kicsik a vénáik", miközben korábban más egészségügyi munkások probléma nélkül elvégezték ugyanezt a feladatot.
The quality of their service has plummeted a lot in recent times.
The receptionist speaks in an angry manner at their central number (Brigitta the Great), I don't even understand how acceptable this is for a customer service representative. When I called for an appointment, he wasn’t even able to accomplish it with the expected efficiency, and in the meantime, he acted as if he was offended that I had called him at all. And I didn't ask him for anything unusual.
In addition to the incompetence of the receptionist, there were also problems with blood sampling. We asked the company to conduct annual job tests for us. Neither the nurse nor the doctor was able to take blood effectively. They also had to stab several staff members several times before they found the vein, and then even blamed members of our staff, claiming that their veins were "too small," while other health care workers had previously performed the same task without any problems.
