Due to the fact that we had ordered from them several times before and we were maximally satisfied so far, this time we asked them to deliver them to a family event, arranged days in advance. A quarter of an hour after the scheduled time, we inquired by phone when delivery was expected. They looked at the order, they thought we were going for it. All right, everyone can make a mistake. After another quarter of an hour, the courier calls to be in front of the house. It turned out at a different address. We pointed out by phone that we are expecting compensation. Approximately another quarter of an hour later, the courier arrived, sideways in front of the house next door (home delivery ... not to the neighbor), and took the baking dish out of the mother's seat on the otherwise slightly dirty floor, which we then placed on the table. After asking what the company offered as a pain charge, he couldn’t answer. I paid the full amount and told the courier that I was waiting for the store manager to call the known phone number. This has not happened so far. This time, the quality of the expected service and the attitude of the service provider did not meet the needs of the customer. The food was delicious anyway, it was just uncomfortable to explain because of the almost hour-long slip and the slightly chilled food. You can make a mistake, of course, just the job ... It's a small town with several providers. I'll try something else next time ...
