E	Esther Volek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szombaton vittem egy leszerelt defektes kereket hozzájuk.A "szerelő" elég unottan, grimaszolva közölte, hogy a gumi javíthatatlan, ezt ki kell cserélni. Hálistennek egy hozzáértő gumis megjavította.Nem tudom, ennyire nem ért-e hozzá, vagy csak nem volt kedve dolgozni, vagy részesedik az ügyfelekre rásózott gumik hasznából, de az biztos, hogy nem ajánlom senkinek. On Saturday, I brought a dismantled punctured wheel to them. The "mechanic" was pretty bored, grimacing and saying that the rubber was unrepairable, this needed to be replaced. Thank God he was repaired by a knowledgeable tire. I don’t know if he didn’t touch it that much, or just didn’t feel like working, or shares the benefits of tires squeezed on customers, but I certainly don’t recommend it to anyone.

A cserélt gumit kértem fóliazsákba tenni, azt mondták hogy elfogyott, hogy hozzak magamnak a közeli Spar-ból. Tegyem rá a bőr ülésre a sáros vizes gumit?? Esőben fél órát vártam az út szélén míg jött egy ismerős és segített rajtam, hozott fóliazsákot. A főnök helyében ugrasztottam volna ezt a legénykét, hogy ha közel van a Spar, akkor szaladjon el zsákért. Kíváncsi lettem volna, hogy ha egy fiatal cica baba begördül a csodaautójával akkor is ez történik? Soha többet ide nem jövök, de de nem is javaslom senkinek! Terrible style, careless work characterized the assembly. I don't recommend them to anyone! A phlegm-talking young guy stood bored at his wheel change. I asked to put the replaced rubber in a foil bag, they said I ran out to bring myself from the nearby Spar. Should I put the muddy wet rubber on the leather seat ?? In the rain I waited half an hour on the side of the road until an acquaintance came and helped me, he brought a foil bag. Instead of the boss, I would have jumped on this bachelor so that if the Spar was close, he would run away for a bag. I wondered if a young kitten baby rolls in with his wonder car, it would still happen? I’ll never come here again, but I don’t even recommend it to anyone!

A rendszer valamiért nem rögzítette a foglalásomat (még jó hogy felhívtam őket ?) de a problémát rugalmasan kezelték rögzítettünk egy új időpontot és így ma reggel tudtam is menni hozzájuk. A srácok korrektek, jó fejek és rugalmasak! Megérkezéstől számítva felnire átszerelés/csere centírozással együtt nem volt 15 perc se. Bátran ajánlom őket! Köszönöm a 4 zsír új Falken papucsot! ;) I bought rubber on Gumi.hu and booked an appointment for them in the webshop. For some reason, the system did not record my booking (it is good that I called them ?) but the problem was handled flexibly, we fixed a new date and so I was able to go to them this morning. The guys are fair, good heads and flexible! From arrival, there was no 15 minutes of rim reassembly / replacement with centering. I strongly recommend them! Thanks for the 4 fat new Falken slippers! ;)

A mai nap egy kellemetlen helyzet alakult ki,egy ott dolgozó fiatalember miatt. Aki elfelejtette,hogy szolgáltatást végez,és ehhez egyfajta stílus is tartozik.Példaul nem kiabálok és nem leszek agresszív egy vendéggel,még abban az esetben sem ,ha az rossz módon oldott meg egy helyzetet.(Bár ez vitatható).Távol maradtam a műhelytől,de ezt a helyzetet továbbiakban is ecsetelte kollégájának. Bár a " Főnöke" bocsánatot kért ,( az irodájában)és nyilván intelligens módon válaszoltam is,de furcsáltam,hogy ettől a kommunikációs helyzettől távoltartta magát . Azt gondolom,hogy egy ember a pénzével és az elégedettséget okán dönt úgy,hogy felkeres e egy szolgáltatót ,ahol egy ilyen kellemetlen helyzettel találkozhat (nőként is) I have been visiting this company for a long time, it is only a year 2, X.
