I received a helpful therapy that solved my spine problem 2 times. They taught me how to listen to myself so it wouldn't come back. It was useful. Outstanding professionals helped with the healing process. I recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Képzett és készséges gyógytornász segített a gyógyulásban. Nekem nagyon hasznos volt, hogy megtanultam a jógán és pilates-en használt gyakorlataim helyes, gerinckímélő kivitelezését. Megtanultam, milyen jelekre kell odafigyelni, hogy ne terheljem túl magam gyógytorna közben.
A trained and skillful physiotherapist helped heal. It was very rewarding for me to learn how to do the right, spine-friendly practice of my yoga and pilates. I learned what signs to keep in mind so I don't overload myself with physiotherapy.
