 Whichever Downdog I go to, I’m never disappointed :) the hours are super.

Quality yoga education in the 7th district close to Blaha Lujza Square. The teachers who last the lesson are very good. I also recommend hatha yoga and spine yoga to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only been to two Downdog studios (Blaha and Octagon) and this is the smaller of the two. I’ve only gone to classes that offer “Hungarian/English “ and about 90% is in Hungarian and 10% is translated so I could follow along. The teachers are friendly. Mats are provided but they are super thin so bring your own mat if you need cushion.
