I	István Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Másodszor küldtünk csomagot a DPD-vel Olaszországba. A csomagot Csomagneten adtuk fel. Mindkét esetben kiválóan teljesített a cég. Az ígért határidőre a csomagot sértetlen külsővel, a belső tartalom sérülése nélkül kézbesítették. Kicsi probléma abból adódott, hogy a csomagfelvételt 10.30-11.30 közöttre jelezték, de a futár csak este 6-kor érkezett érte. Úgy látszik, ilyen szoros időzítést a futárok nem tudnak tartani. Nekünk elég, ha a felvétel napját adják meg, és azt tartják a jövőben, mert ezután is a DPD-vel fogunk külföldre csomagot küldeni. For the second time, we sent a package with DPD to Italy. The package was posted on Csomagnet. In both cases, the company performed excellently. By the promised deadline, the package was delivered intact on the outside without damaging the internal contents. A small problem was that the pick-up was signaled between 10.30am and 11.30pm, but the courier only arrived for it at 6pm. Apparently, couriers can’t keep such a tight timing. For us, it is enough to give the date of admission and keep it in the future, because we will still send a package abroad with DPD.
J	József Illés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hollandiából rendeltünk csomagot. A holland fél azt mondja, hogy 3 alkalommal próbálták kézbesíteni a csomagunkat, de nem értek el minket. Nem kaptunk semmilyen értesítést, hívást DPD részéről.. Csomagot visszaküldték Hollandiába. Korábban mindig kaptunk kézbesítésnél sms - t mikorra várható a csomag. Ezek az SMS - ek is fél - egy napos késeéssel érkeztek meg. We ordered a package from the Netherlands. The Dutch side says they have tried to deliver our package 3 times but have not reached us. Ez onnan derült ki, hogy a külső vasajtó be volt zárva 9-kor, délután a bent a csomagfelvevő helyiség ajtaján láttam, hogy COVID miatt csak délután van nyitva. A terméket nem kézbesítették, értesítést nem hagytak. Email, sms küldést hírből sem ismerik. Kérdésemre azt mondta a csomagkiadó munkatárs, hogy nem voltunk otthon biztosan - nincs kiírva a nevem a kapucsengőre. Otthon volt mindig valaki és a nevem is ki van írva. Elnézést nem nagyon akart kérni.. Szerintem a gond ott jelentkezett, hogy a termék előre ki volt fizetve és ilyenkor a kézbesítő nem számíthat borravalóra (mindig szoktam adni), lehet késében is volt. Majd küldenek egy csomagkereséshez nélkülözhetetlen űrlapot mailben, amibe a csomag méretét és egyéb paramétereit kellene beírnom. Én a vevő lennék, fogalmam sincs ezekről, szerintük nekem kell ezt megtudni pontosan az eladótól. Utánvétes csomag, majd elszámolnak az eladóval. Nem szeretem, ha utasító hangnemben hülyének néznek. A futár már akkor hívott, mikor a ház előtt állt, azonban meglepő módon hétköznap délután 2-kor én még dolgoztam. Az ő reakciója erre egy érthetetlen kirohanás volt. Megemlítettem, hogy a szolgáltatásért én fizettem, így nem vagyok elégedett a hangnemével, majd undorítóan folytatta a számomra érthetetlen, kioktató stílusú beszédét. 'Kicsim' kezdetű mondatánál (egyértelműen nem vagyok a 'kicsije') letettem a telefont, hiszen értelmetlennek láttam a társalgás folytatását. Senkinek sem ajánlom.
