Szállító elérhetetlen, központ szintén nyomonkövetés használhatatlan- és hol a csomagom? Hogyan merik ezt ebben a formában művelni? Más csomag szállító cégnél ilyen mértékű nemtörődömséget nem tapasztaltam. Soha többé dpd, inkább gyalog érte megyek. A thousand times more the post office than once this courier gang of dilettante figures. Supplier is unavailable, center is also tracking unusable- and where is my package? How dare you cultivate this in this form? I did not experience such carelessness at any other package delivery company. Never dpd again, I'd rather walk for it.

A nyomonkövetés használhatatlan, értesítés nem érkezik semmiről, a futárt legfeljebb az ügyfélszolgálaton keresztül lehet elérni, ha az embernek van egy szabad fél órája gombokat nyomkodni, és élő emberre várni. It costs more to go after the package than the package itself ... Tracking is useless, no notification is received, the courier can only be reached through customer service if one has half an hour to push buttons and wait for a live person.

Módosítottam online a kiszállítás dátumát, majd egy nappal előbb szó nélkül visszaküldték a csomagom a feladónak, amit meg sem tudok újra rendelni már! Ez már a harmadik ilyen. A GLS sokmal megbízhatóbb, pontosabb és korrektebb…. I don't understand why H&M entrusts them with parcel delivery. GLS is much more reliable, accurate and accurate….
A	Attila Bakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úgy tűnik csak nekem pozitívak velük a tapasztalataim.Sokat rendelek "keletről"és eddig néhány apróságot leszámítva 100% ig elégedett vagyok velük.Rugalmasak is,szóval számomra fura a sok elégedetlen poszt.A termékek sem sérültek soha,és a futárokkal sem volt problémám. It seems to me that my experience with them is positive. I order a lot from the "east" and so far I am 100% satisfied with them except for a few small things.

Az internetes átirányítás látszólag egyáltalán nem működik, 3 telefonos ügyintéző kellett ahhoz, végre valahára megérkezzen a csomagom. Plusz az egyik nap szimplán nem vette fel a depóból a futár a csomagomat elmondásuk szerint. Továbbá a futárral olyannyira nem találkoztam, hogy ad hoc módon az egyik kollégámnak adta a csomagot egy teljesen más részlegen mondván ő adja majd oda nekem (fel nem fogom akkor már miért nem a portásnál hagyta). Ezt mégis hogy képzelik? Szép és jó, hogy nem lett belőle baj, de ha a kolléga, akitől semmiféle azonosítót nem kérnek tegyük fel elrakja a csomagom, vagy csak rögtönzött módon stokedlinek használja, akkor nincs élő ember akit felelősségre lehetne vonni és újfent csakis az szív vele, aki kifizette a szolgáltatást. Extremely disappointing service. Internet redirection doesn't seem to work at all, it took 3 phone clerks to finally get my package someday. Plus one day the courier simply didn’t pick up my package from the depot, they said. Also, I didn’t meet the courier so much that on an ad hoc basis he gave the package to one of my colleagues in a completely different department saying he would give it to me (I won’t understand then why he didn’t leave it at the porter). How do you imagine that? It’s nice and good that it didn’t go wrong, but if a colleague who isn’t asked for any ID put it in my package or just uses it in an impromptu way for stokedlin, then there’s no living person to be held accountable and again only the heart with him who paid the service.
P	Péter Gál on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem küldtek ki semmilyen emailt a csomagomról, még szerencse, hogy a kínai oldalról le tudtam nyomozni a csomagkövetési kódomat. De a DPD-ről egy árva szót nem hallottam, hogy jönne csomagom, pedig azt írták, hogy az "általuk küldött email" alapján tudom majd megváltoztatni a címet... No emails were sent out about my package, luckily I was able to trace my package tracking code from the Chinese side. But I didn't hear an orphaned word about DPD that my package would come, even though it was written that I would be able to change the address based on the "email they sent" ...
