Punctual delivery, couriers will always call you if you can not pick up the package helpful and we will always be able to resolve.

S	Szabina Szilagyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mall-ról rendeltem egy csomagot, ahol lehetőség volt privát szállítást kérni, melynek díja 1400 Ft, és így én választottam ki a napot, mikor jöjjön a csomag, nyílván ez azt is jelenti, hogy hamarabb szállítják (elvileg), mintha nem kérném ezt a szolgáltatást. Eleinte minden rendben ment, kaptam emailt, hogy mikor fogják hozni (penteki nap, 17:00-18:00 kozott). Namost a csomagot természetesen nem szállították ki a tervezett napon, sőt este 9-kor kaptam egy emailt, hogy nem tudták kiszállítani (na nem mondod), és majd megkísérlik újra hétfőn. még csak fel sem ajánlották, hogy akkor a plusz szolgáltatás díját elengedik, képesek lettek volna minden természetességgel 1400 Ft-ért kiszállítani 3 nappal később… Aztán, írtam emailt, hogy nem kérem így a csomagot, de jött az email hétfőn, hogy hozzák. Természetesen a szerencsétlen futárt nem tudtam felhívni, hogy ne jöjjön, mert a futár elérhetőségét nem tartalmazta az email, sms-t pedig nem is kaptam. Gondoltam sebaj, a csomag nyomkövetésnél majd ráklikkelek, hogy csomag elutasításe, de meglepetés… ez a funkció nem működött. A futár jött a csomaggal, mondtam nem veszem át de ezt jeleztem is az ügyfélszolgálaton, és még ő mondja nekem, hogy akkor fel kellett volna hívnom azon a számon ami az emailben van…. ami ugy nem volt. Kész katasztrófa a dpd úgy ahogy van!! I thought no matter, when I trace the packet I will click to reject the packet, but surprise… this feature didn't work. The courier came with the package, I said I wouldn't take it but I also indicated this to the customer service and even he tells me that I should have called the number in the email then…. which was not the case. Ready to disaster the dpd as it is !!
