Telefonon nem értesítenek, a megadott eamiles időpontban nem jön a futár, és a nagynehezen elérhető központi számukon az ügyintéző nem tud semmi érdemleges információval szolgálni. Csütörtök óta Gyöngyösi depóban van a küldemény, és már kedd van.
