The drivers are very decent, but the depot boss is never there

On the morning of 08.18, my package arrived at the depot in Nyíregyháza, but the courier did not even try to pick it up, it left it in the warehouse, although according to the email notification, they should have picked it up that day. According to the customer service response, it did not go due to the increased number of packages. Okay one day you forgive them, I got a promise to arrive the next day. Another email on 08.19, the package arrives today, it is already at the courier. Well, that didn't happen, the courier didn't get here, they couldn't bring it out in the evening due to another email, the usual stupid duma, the increased number of packages. Here’s the long weekend so they’ll try again on Monday the 23rd. A joke they perform as a service, they need 6 calendar days to bring out a wretched package on the spot. One chooses the courier service because obviously he would need the package on time and quickly because it contains important things, but it doesn’t work for them either. Even the infamous MPL courier is more accurate, faster than these, I would not recommend it to anyone.
