A	Andrea Stacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adott egy (hazudozó, szélhámos, törvényekre mit sem adó) gépész, aki Németországban vállal el egy munkát. Rendkívül jutányosan ki lett fizetve. Lévén németországi munkáról van szó, alapból a német igazságszolgáltatás lenne hivatott az ügyben eljárni. A fogyasztó továbbá (mert itt a család itt annak minősül) csak és kizárólag lakóhelyén perelhető, ahol életvitelszerűen él. Ez nem lehetőség, hanem kötelező érvényű (fogyasztó védelme) Magyarországon is és az egész EU-ban. A család pedig Németországban él, van továbbá egy 4 hónapos csecsemőjük és egy 3 éves kisgyerekük, ami szintén nem hatotta meg a mélyen tisztelt közjegyző helyettes urat. Utazzanak egy-egy 1-1,5 órás bírósági tárgyalás kedvéért 1400 km-t oda-vissza a két kisgyerekkel (természetesen a szülők a saját szabadságuk terhére). Mert törvényileg mindenkit megillet egész Európában, hogy lakóhelyének kb 30 km-es körzetébe járjon bíróságra fogyasztóként, csak minket nem. There was a mechanic (lying, rogue, not legislating) who would take a job in Germany. It was paid off very cheaply. As this is a job in Germany, the German judiciary would be called upon to deal with the matter. Furthermore, the consumer (because the family here qualifies here) can only be sued at his place of residence, where he lives a lifestyle. This is not an option, but binding (consumer protection) in Hungary and throughout the EU. And the family lives in Germany, and they also have a 4-month-old infant and a 3-year-old toddler, which also didn’t impress the deeply respected deputy notary. For a 1-1.5 hour court hearing, travel 1,400 km back and forth with the two young children (parents, of course, at the expense of their own freedom). Because by law, everyone across Europe has the right to go to court within 30 km of their place of residence as a consumer, except us. Dear Dr. Gyulai Botond, Dear Dr. Tünde Berkes, notary office, You are morally, humanly and professionally ashamed of the Hungarian justice!
