Korábban 5 csillagot adtam volna a kezelésekre, azonban mára sajnos megváltozott a véleményem, mert a doktor úr egy idő után már nem csak a szükséges kezeléseket akarja elvégezni. Ezt onnan tudom, mert van egy külföldön élő fogorvos ismerősöm, akivel rendszeresen konzultálni szoktam. Egy darabig egyeztek a vélemények, de sajnos mára már csak a drága, szükségtelen beavatkozásokat akarja elvégezni a doktor úr. Érdemes egy másik rendelőben is kikérni a véleményt a javasolt beavatkozásról :(
Previously, I would have given 5 stars to the treatments, but unfortunately my opinion has changed because the doctor does not just want to do the necessary treatments after a while. I know this because I have a foreign dentist who I regularly consult with. They agreed for a while, but unfortunately, only the expensive, unnecessary interventions are to be done by the doctor. It is also worth asking for an opinion on the proposed intervention in another surgery :(

Altatásos műtét miatt kerestem fel a rendelőt, 3 bölcsességfogamat kellett kivenni. Mindenki nagyon kedves, empatikus és profi volt végig. Konkrétan semmilyen fájdalmam nem volt a 3 fog kivétele után. Nagyon féltem eddig a fogorvosi kezelésektől, de olyan megnyugtató volt itt a légkör, hogy innentől az összes fogászati kezelést itt fogom kérni:)
I visited the office for anesthetic surgery, 3 wisdom teeth had to be taken out. Everyone was very kind, empathetic and professional throughout. Specifically, I had no pain after removing the 3 teeth. I was very afraid of dental treatments so far, but the atmosphere here was so reassuring that from here I will request all dental treatments here :)

Dentalhigenias kezelesre jelentkeztem be a rendelobe csaladi ajanlasra. Kulfoldi telefonszamomat nem tudtak rogziteni a recepcion. Az idopontom elott bo fel nappal tajekoztattak emailben, hogy le kell mondaniuk a foglalast a szukseges muszer meghibasodasa miatt. Alternativ idopontot nem ajanlottak fel. Emailben kertem, hogy amennyiben lehetseges, szeretnek egy uj idopontot, mert csak par hetet tartozkodom Magyarorszagon es mar nincs lehetosegem masik rendelobe foglalni. Ez utan kaptam egy telefonhivast, amiben biztositottak, hogy visszajeleznek, amennyiben at tudjak foglalni az idopontomag, reszletesen egyeztettuk a szoba joheto napokat is. Ez utan sajnos soha nem hallottam a rendelotol, se telefonon, se emailben. Elnezest sem kertek, amiert nem tudtak uj idopontot biztositani. Lehet, hogy a fogorvosi ellatas szinvonala magas a rendeloben, de az ugyfelkezeles es -kommunikacio szamomra nem erte el az elegseges szinvonalat. Ha ezt tudtam volna, mas rendelobe foglalok.
I applied for a dental treatment for the family offer. My Kulfoldi phone number could not be recorded at the reception. The day before my appointment, they informed me by email that they had to cancel the reservation due to a failure of the necessary instrument. No alternative date was suggested. I would like to email you that if possible, they like a new date, because I have only been in Hungary for a couple of weeks and I no longer have the opportunity to book another order. After that I got a phone call, in which I was assured that they would give me feedback if I could book the time package, we also arranged in detail the days that could be booked in the room. After that, unfortunately, I never heard from the order, either by phone or email. Neither did the gardens before they could secure a new date. The level of dental care may be high in the order, but I did not reach a sufficient level of care and communication. If I knew that, I'd book another order.

I attended a dental hygiene appointment during which their equipment broke down. As they had no failsafe for such incidents they could not continue the treatment. I had to leave but was assured that they’d call back to fix another appointment. The call never came. I only spent a few days in Budapest, so this was an absolute waste of my time. Disappointing.

Borzási Imre was recommended to us on a Facebook group. We had prepared for an appointment for surgery which required anesthesia (anesthesiologist- Magyari Zsolt) due to special needs of the patient. The preparation took over a month due to requirements for ekg, bloodwork etc. We communicated to patient's neurologist and had him prepare a medical history/status with patient's diagnosis. Office staff communicated they needed information in lieu of meeting with anesthesiologist to which I have replied in a number of occasions, communicating our desire to meet and discuss any questions they might have. I have even told them I was open for zoom meeting or office consultation visit but it was discouraged (never contacted me back about it). As we sent all the documents, the staff have proceeded to set a date for the surgery (time at 4pm) where the patient needed to fast from 8am and had to provide a pcr test (cost 19,000ft) we have followed directions and provided pcr test day before surgery. The staff communicated on two occasions that the anesthesiologist looked through the information and consented to progress with setting the date for the surgery. We showed up at the office ... Office staff was exceedingly helpful but we regretfully never got to surgery because the anesthesiologists told us that he had decided not take the patient on, because according to him patient is not stable and not fit for outpatient anesthesia. The point being, that he could have saved all of us the trouble of fasting or agreed to consultation meeting prior to inconveniencing patient (disabled). When asked about it, he proceeded to explain he did not know enough about patient. (Perhaps a bit of preparation prior to appointment in reading a few documents was too much of an inconvenience) The anesthesiologist showed complete disregard of patient time and trouble. He attitude and responses indicated to me that he felt there is no reason that I should even voice my complaint. I felt that the way he handled the situation, could be viewed as discriminatory against disabled individuals but at best, I found the process to be unprofessional.
