Der kauf des Grundstücks und die Eintragung in das Grundbuch ( 2019 ) waren ohne Probleme, was hier in Deutschland zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr kaum möglich ist. Wie das Büro aussieht ist mir egal, entscheidend für mich ist seine günstige und gute Arbeit. Das er als Rechtsanwalt ohne Bürokraft nicht rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist, kann ich nachvollziehen ( Gerichtstermine, Ämter, Behördengänge). Kommunikation über Internet und Telefon waren sehr gut. Wer auf Äußerlichkeiten keinen Wert legt, dem kann ich Dr. Zoltan Hellmann empfehlen. Wer Wert auf eine repräsentative Rechtsanwaltskanzlei mit Designermöbeln, Sekretärinnen, Kaffee, Champagner und rotem Teppich legt (und auch bereit ist dafür zu bezahlen), ist hier falsch. I can Dr. Highly recommend Hellmann. The purchase of the property and the entry in the land register (2019) were no problems, which is hardly possible here in Germany between Christmas and New Year. I don't care what the office looks like, what is decisive for me is its cheap and good work. I can understand that he, as a lawyer, cannot be reached around the clock without an office worker (court appointments, offices, dealing with the authorities). Den ungarischen Vertrag, der beim Grundbuchamt liegt, hatten wir nie gesehen. Er hat uns einen gefälschten Grundbuchauszug erstellt. Wir erfuhren, dass im ungarische Vertrag unsere Unterschriften von Ihm auch noch gefälscht wurden. Jetzt werden wir wegen Betrugs angezeigt, weil die Anwaltskammer in Ungarn solchen Betrügern die Zulassung nicht entzieht, obwohl mehrere Anzeigen - ähnliche Fälle - gegen ihn laufen. Er agiert unter mehreren Namen, mehreren Konten (auch ein deutsches) und mehreren Firmen. We were betrayed from the start. The German treaty was written for an entire house. Spricht gut deutsch, wer absolut perfekte Sprachkenntnisse erwartet sollte selbst sich im Gegenzug einmal die Mühe machen die ungarische Sprache zu lernen, und dann urteilen. Volle Zufriedenheit. Nice and helpful man, doesn't beat about the bush but did the various paperwork properly. Speaks good German, if you expect absolutely perfect language skills, you should make the effort to learn the Hungarian language yourself, and then judge. Complete satisfaction.
