★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hagyatéki ügyet jó egy évig halogattak, hosszas telefonos és személyes nyakukra járás után történt bármi előrelépés. mint kiderült, a náluk lévő rendetlenségben egyszerűen elkeverték a papírokat. majd a hagyatéki végzésbe rossz adatokat és neveket sikerült írniuk, így javító végzést kellett kiadni. csupa öröm volt.
probate case was postponed for a good year, any progress was made after walking a long phone and personal neck. as it turned out, they simply mixed the papers in the mess they had. then they managed to write bad data and names in the will order, so a corrective order had to be issued. it was a joy.

Ha rákérdezek, akkor a válasz az hogy a ptk szerint. Nekem azt honnan kellene tudnom? Figyelmemet semmire nem hívta fel. Ment a maga feje után. De kasszírozni.....
Költséget nem felezték meg. Azt mondták intézzük el egymás között.
De miért pont az én nevemre szólt a közjegyzői díjról a számla?
Én elmondtam mindenről.
Szerintem azért került a nevemre a számla, mert én tartottam velük a kapcsolatot és ezért az én nevem ugrott be nekik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annyira "profik", hogy egy mezei hagyatéki ügyet képtelenek voltak 1 év alatt lezárni. 1 év után a Közjegyzői Kamara tette át az ügyet egy másik közjegyzőhöz. Persze a be nem fejezett munkát jó előre kiszámlázták és be is kaszírozták.
Az meg annyira érdekes, hogy a valós tartalmú, 1 csillagos értékelés után mindig érkezik egy legalább 5 csillagos értékelés egy semmitmondó magyarázattal, amiben az iroda önmagát fényezi.
Annyira szánalmas, annyira kisszerű.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to avoid this "professional". If you want to have information about the status of your case you have to call them on a daily bases.
The notary herself is completely unreachable. Or on holiday. Or at somewhere else.
There are some subordinates who are ready to help but due to the slow, improper and (in my opinion) lazy notary they can't help much.
The most frequent comment you can hear from the notary and from her least motivated stuff: I don't know, I am not responsible for this, This is not my task, This is not my job, I don't know, I don't know, No, No, No, No.
Seriously. If this "professional" will not receive official assignments from the local council (as she presently does a lot), she would die of hunger.
