★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha többé nem vinném ide a kutyusomat! Nagyon rossz allapotban vittük be 12 hetes kutyusunkat, aki nagyot esett. Semmit nem tudott sem mondani sem csinalni a kutyussal. Tőlünk várta mindenre a választ, mintha eleteben először most talalkozott volna ilyen esettel es fogalma nem volt mihez kezdjen.... a kutyusunk nem is elte túl.
Szemelyes vélemenyem az hogy az empátia nagyon messze áll tőle.
I would never take my puppy here again! We brought in our 12 week old puppy in a very bad condition who fell a lot. He could neither say nor do anything with the doggie. He was waiting for the answer to everything from us, as if he had encountered such a case for the first time in his life and he had no idea what to do .... our puppy wasn't too past him.
My personal opinion is that empathy is very far from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bármilyen jellegű problémával mentünk, az állataink mindig szakszerűen és teljeskörűen ellátásra kerültek. Csak pozitívat tudok elmondani a szolgáltatásokról, évek óta Doktor úrhoz fordulunk bármilyen betegség áll fenn. Macskákkal, kutyákkal, sőt még teknőssel is megfordultunk a rendelőben és mindenre volt megoldás - legyen szó akár komolyabb műtétről, lábtörésről, szemproblémákról vagy egyszerű oltásról. Szeretettel, odafigyeléssel bánik az állatokkal. Mi is és állataink is nagyon hálásak vagyunk a gyógyulásukért.
Whatever kind of problem we went through, our animals were always professionally and fully cared for. I can only say a positive thing about the services, we have been turning to Doctor for years for any illness. We visited the office with cats, dogs and even turtles and there was a solution for everything - be it more serious surgery, leg fractures, eye problems or a simple vaccination. He treats animals with love and attention. Both we and our animals are very grateful for their recovery.
