Az ugyemben a telefonon megbeszeltek ellenere elore nem tekintettek at, hogy az ugyben elore emailen megkuldott dokumentumokon kivul mire van meg szukseguk az ugyintezeshez, az ugyfelem ezert feleslegesen ment be hozzajuk. Kesobbi egyeztetesek soran nem kapcsoltak ossze az ugyben erkezo emaileket, ezert tobbszor is olyan dokumentumot kertek ujra, ami mar naluk volt. Ha az ugyemben eljaro szemely nem volt bent, nem tudtak tovabblepni, ilyenkor visszahivast igertek, ami tobb esetben nem tortent meg. Poorly organized office.
