Aki a telefont felveszi ne a paciensen vezesse le a feszültséget. Nem kell bennünket helyre rakni ki igazítani, segíteni kell nyugodtan türelmesen. És semmi esetre sincs joga a betegre kinyomni a telefont. Ha már felveszi a telefont akkor beszéljen tisztességes hangnemben az emberrel. MBM. VÁRDA
