★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Édesanyám volt nála a mai napon, hagyatéki eljárás kapcsán. A hölgy (ha nevezhetem így) lekezelő, minősíthetetlen hangnemben, empátia és segítőkészség teljes hiányában viselkedett. Ebből fakad az az előitélet, hogy diplomával észt és erkölcsöt nem adnak! Ő ezt tökéletesen igazolja sajnos!
Véleményemet csak azért fogalmazom meg, mert mérhetetlen felháborodással tölt el, hogy édesanyámat a gyász mellett, ilyen sérelmek érik.
I had a mother with him today in connection with probate proceedings. The lady (if I may call her that) behaved in a condescending, unqualified tone, with a complete lack of empathy and helpfulness. Hence the prejudice that they do not give Estonian and morals with a degree! He justifies this perfectly unfortunately!
I express my opinion only because it fills me with immeasurable indignation that my mother, in addition to grief, suffers such grievances.
