Másnap kiderült, az nem az ő számuk, azt sem tudják kié. 1.5 óra sorbanállás után, a bankban azt ígérték, hogy 3000 Ft ellenében vissza hívják az összeget. Kértem, hogy a vásárlásomnál 3000 Ft értékben kompenzáljanak, mert ennyi kárt okoztak nekem (+1.5 óra sorbanállás, és némi adrenalinszint emelkedés). Erre nem voltak hajlandóak, mondván akkor az én vásárlásomon (45.000 Ft) nincs hasznuk. Korrekt!!
Folytatás: Jelenleg 2 hete várom, hogy vissza utalják a pénzt, de ma kiderült, erre nincs lehetőség, mert az "ismeretlen" számlatulajdonos nem hajlandó erre.
I transferred the amount to the bank account number they provided. The next day it turned out it wasn't their number, they didn't even know whose it was. After queuing for 1.5 hours, the bank promised to call back the amount for 3,000 HUF. I asked them to compensate me for HUF 3,000 for my purchase because they caused me so much damage (+1.5 hours of queuing and some increase in adrenaline levels). They refused to do so, saying that they would not benefit from my purchase (HUF 45,000). Correct!!
Continue: I am currently waiting 2 weeks for the money to be refunded, but today it turns out there is no way to do this because the "unknown" account holder is unwilling to do so.
