Az előre jelzett időpontban nem tudták teljesíteni az elszállítást kapacitás hiányában, ellenben a Kft. munkatársnője értesített az új időpontról, amikor is már rendben megtörtént az elszállítás! Köszönöm a korrektségüket, igazán ügyfélbarát eljárásban volt részem! ☺
 I ordered home-made dewatering. They were unable to complete the delivery due to lack of capacity at the scheduled time, however, the employee of the Kft. Informed me of the new date, when the removal was already in order! Thank you for their correctness, I was really customer friendly! ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segítőkész ügyfél szolgáltatás csak személyesen kell ki menni mert a telefont nem veszik fel! Ja és ha kiteszek 2 sárga zsákot csak 1db-ot kapok!
Helpful customer service only needs to go out in person because the phone is not picked up! Oh and if I put out 2 yellow bags I only get 1!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most sem vitték el a szelektív hulladékot K.mét Bethlen krt. páratlan oldalán Október 15-én. Ez már sokadik alkalom, ezt már töbdzör jeleztem. Felháborító a vezetőség, hogy nem tud oda hatni a dolgozóira. Kritikán aluli tevékenységük, ezért csak 1 csillag. De ezt sem érdemlik meg!
The selective waste was not taken away by K.mét Bethlen krt. odd side on October 15th. This is the first time, I have indicated this several times. It’s outrageous for management not to be able to influence their employees. Their activities are below criticism, so only 1 star. But they don't deserve that either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon nem lehet elérni, külterületről egyszerűbbnek véltem volna ha telefonon tudtam volna konténert bérelni.. Munka miatt személyesen nem tudunk bemenni, mert addigra ők is bezárnak..
