Részükről halogatást, az probléma nem nyílt kezelését tapasztaltam, ami abszolút nem fogyasztó központú és megbízható, nem kereskedelmi céghez méltó attitűd. 4 hónap után sem kaptam választ, mélységesen csalódott vagyok . I didn’t get a response after 4 months, I’m deeply disappointed.

A few months ago, there was a quality problem with one of the colors due to a manufacturer’s fault, which I immediately reported to them and the total defective quantity was replaced within 1 week.

I have complained, manager said that this is the one I have confirmed in the order, although there was just a name of the tissue in the order (I could not know tissue names in their catalogue) and the manager showed to me the other tissue, not the one from the order (!) when I made a payment in their office!!! When I complained- they hang up the phone!! This company does not care about customers and reputation. I do not recommend it. Manager who refuses to talk and simply hang up the phone is Sonja Jovanovits.
