★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos rossz tapasztalat. Először hívtam vízvezeték szerelőt életemben, így nem cselekedtem elég határozottan, ez volt az én hibám. Kijöttek mosogató dugulás miatt, 5 perc alatt végeztek. A mosogató működött kb. 1,5 napig, majd ugyanolyan lett mint előtte. Felhívtam őket, azt mondták akkor biztosan közös probléma (mert társas házban lakunk), és intézzük el a közös képviselővel, mert különben ha újra kijönnek megint ki kell fizetni, és akkor legalább legyen közös költség. Másnak nem volt ezzel problémája, de mire ez kiderült, addigra lejárt a 7 nap garancia, aminek a létezéséről csak a lejárta után szereztem tudomást (szintén az én hibám is, nem olvastam el a weboldalt). Viszont 7 napon belül hívtam vissza őket, hogy megint rossz, és arról egy szó sem esett, hogy garancia van, azt mondták megint fizetni kell. Ez talán valami kommunikációs hiba volt a részükről, nem akarom a legrosszabbat feltételezni, mindenesetre 3 diák vagyunk, és kifizettünk 25 ezer forintot a semmire.
Unfortunately, a bad experience. I called a plumber for the first time in my life so I didn’t act firmly enough, it was my fault. They came out because of a sink plug, they were done in 5 minutes. The sink operated for approx. For 1.5 days and then became the same as before. I called them, they said they would definitely have a common problem (because we live in a condominium) and deal with the common representative, because otherwise if they come out again they will have to pay out and then at least have a common cost. No one else had a problem with that, but by the time it turned out, the 7-day warranty had expired, the existence of which I only became aware of after it expired (also my fault, I didn’t read the website). However, within 7 days I called them back that it was bad again and there was not a word that there was a guarantee, they said I had to pay again. This was maybe a communication error on their part, I don't want to assume the worst, in any case we are 3 students and we paid 25,000 forints for nothing.
