★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lehet hogy szakmailag jók, és kedvesek is. De maga a helyiség az nagyon gyenge, koszos foltos szőnyegek. Kiült szétrepedezett ügyfél székek. Gyenge világítás. Lepukkant tárgyaló. Kilincs helyett madzaggal lehet nyitni az ajtót /nagyon gáz/. Mind amellett 4-5 % jutalék az irodának!
1 átlagos kis Budai lakás jutalék árából látványos javulást lehetne az irodában végrehajtani. Illetve az ügyfél is megérdemelne komolyabb színvonalasabb kiszolgálást, a nem kevés pénzért!
They can be professionally good and kind. But the room itself is very weak with dirty stained carpets. Seated cracked customer chairs. Poor lighting. Meeting room collapsed. Instead of a handle, the door can be opened with string (very gas). All in addition, 4-5% commission to the office!
From the commission price of 1 average small apartment in Buda, a spectacular improvement could be made in the office. Respectively, the customer would also deserve more serious quality service, for not a small amount of money!

Egy kedves kolléganőjük segítségével kiválasztottunk 3 házat. A megtekintés után egyiket sem éreztük tökéletesnek, így amikor legközelebb találkoztunk, a hölgy - idejét nem sajnálva - részletesen feltérképezte igényeinket, megkérdezte, hogy mit miért szeretnénk, stb. A beszélgetés végén azt mondta, hogy amit ajánlana nekünk, az más, mint amit eredetileg kerestünk, de szerinte megér egy megnézést. Így most elmondhatjuk, hogy a szakértelmének köszönhetően találtunk egy olyan eladó lakást (új építésű, kerttel), amit imádunk, és ami felett simán elsiklottunk volna. Ezúton is köszönjük a segítséget, szívből ajánljuk minden ismerősünknek, jó egy ilyen ellenpontot is látni az ingatlanértékesítők között!

After the viewing, we did not feel anything was perfect, so the next time we met, the lady - not regretting her time - detailed our needs, asked what we wanted, etc. At the end of the conversation, he said that what he would offer us is different from what we were originally looking for, but he said it was worth a look. So now we can say that due to his expertise we have found a home (newly built, with garden) for sale that we adore and over which we could have glided smoothly.
