★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak negatív tapasztalatom van velük kapcsolatosan. Nem érkeznek a megbeszélt időpontban, állandóan késnek. Régebben állandóan zaklattak telefonon. Nem tartják be azt, hogy 2-3 nappal előtte szóljanak, ha meg szeretnék nézni a házat érdeklődők, azonnal jönni akarnak. Nem érdekli őket az, hogy más programja is lehet az embernek főleg szabadnapján mint őket várni. Ma például lemondták a megbeszélt időpontot, átszerveztem a napomat és ekkor a lemondástól számított fél órán belül meggondolják magukat, hogy mégis jönnek. Amikor szólni szeretnék, hogy mivel egyszer már lemondták, ne jöjjenek, mert el szeretnènk menni itthonról, orditoznak velem a telefonba és rám csapják a telefont. Egyszerűen hülyének nézik az embert. A hangnemet meg ki kérem magamnak. Nem tudom kinek képzelik magukat.
Az ügyfelekhez való hozzáállásuk, a modoruk, a pontosságuk a mi esetünkben sajnos értékelhetetlen.
Csak azért adtam az egy csillagot, mert máskèpp a rendszer nem engedi közzétenni a véleményem.

They are not interested in the fact that one can have a different program, especially on a day off than to wait for them. Today, for example, they canceled the scheduled time, I reorganized my day and then within half an hour of the cancellation they change their minds that they are still coming. When I want to tell you that since they’ve given up once, they don’t come because we want to go home, yell at me on the phone and slap the phone on me. They just look stupid. Let me find out the tone for myself. I don't know who they imagine themselves to be.
Their attitude towards customers, their manners, their accuracy are unfortunately invaluable in our case.
I only gave that one star because otherwise the system will not allow me to publish my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiányos tájékoztatás, igyekeznek kizárólagos megbízást kierőszakolni, a szerencsétlen kliens azt hiszi a standard megbízás lesz a mérvadó , mert a szóbeli tájékoztatás arról nem szól, hogy vannak plusz költségei a prémium megbízásnak , és ez esetben a standard megállapodás érvényét veszti !! Ezt közölni köteles! Egyébként jogilag kimeríti a tisztességtelen megállapodás tényét, ! A másik törvény amit nem közölnek, hogy a tulajdonost semmilyen konstrukcióval nem zárhatják el hogy saját ingatlanát értékesítse !.Ők töltik ki a papírt alkalom sincs az apró betük olvasására! Nem tudnak vevőt hozni hónapokig ,és ha a tulaj eladja, mindenféle hivatkozással kényszerítik, hogy fizessen nekik átalánydíjat, amiért ők hírdettek! Olyan összeget találnak ki amibe került nekik, hogy azt privát hírdetésekben legalább 10 évig tudtam volna hírdetni! Senkinek nem ajánlom, csak hozzáértő ügyvéd jelenlétében szabad kötni velük megbízási megállapodást!

I do not recommend it to anyone, only a competent lawyer should be allowed to enter into an engagement agreement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A "másik oldalról" mint vevő is csak negativan tudok nyilatkozni, az ingatlanost napokig kell kergetni mire végre tudok vele beszélni, aztán leráz azzal, hogy épp vevővel van. Baromi nehéz úgy megvenni bármit is, hogy nem tudom leegyeztetni az időpontot. De a kedvencem, az amikor felhivom a kedves ingatlanost, hogy akkor ahogy megbeszéltük megyünk, (nem bicskén de még csak nem is a dunántúlon lakunk) a hangjából itélve fogalma sincs arról, hogy időpontot egyeztettünk. Remélem, hogy a tulajdonost értesitette és nem az lesz, hogy beállitunk teljesen váratlanul.
