★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was not satisfied at all with their arrangements. I wanted to make the surgery with the radiation frequeny and they wanted to make to me the septum plastica also. While we did not spoke about this. Absolutely we could not communicate normally because their english was not efficient. The secratery has booked me another apointment for the doctor to check me again while i told her i want to continue with the surgery to know more. And also they told me the price of the surgery woul be around 250-300 euro and now they send me analyticaly that it will cost around 2000 euro. I do Not recommend this clinic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my 85 year old mother to have an appointment (four weeks in advance) to see one of the specialists Doctor/Surgeons, whom I will decline to mention here.
I accompanied my mother to the medical centre but was not present during the examination with the specialist and his nurse. It was a humiliating experience for her, he told her (in under a minute) there was nothing he could do, it was an 'age thing' and she just have to live with it. It made more worse by the nurse giggling as she walked out.
I was mortified, and angry that clearly someone of an older generation was treated with such undignified behaviour, and treated with no respect, it is a total disgrace. In what felt like, "you're old get out of my office, I can't be bothered'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in at noon, got an appointment in the afternoon. The doctor and the staff were friendly and professional. The diagnose was followed by immediate treatment. What else should a patient wish for? Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Doctor Dora Staud for her professionalism and attention to the details. She diagnosed me with a retinal detachment, and gave all recommendations. I'm already in Moscow and going to have a surgery tomorrow.
The overall atmosphere in the medical center is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am traumatized.
After a dermatology examination I was recommended to remove some birthmarks. The dermatologist assured me that it will be painless, done with a laser technology and that the local doctors are professionals.
When I came for removal, another doctor just asked me which one I want to start with and in a couple of minutes I was already laying on a surgical chair. He did not mention anything about the process, did not describe his steps or how the procedure will look like. I got a local anesthesia by an injection and he started to remove my birthmark MANUALLY.
When this was over, I had blood in my hair and on my t-shirt as well. They just said - "Sorry". I didn't know how to go out like this, so I started to clean it right away with my hands shaking. I was shocked.
Obviously, this shouldn't be like this. If I could know it will be manual, I would never come.
I'm not sure you wanna see the photos.
Next week I'll have to go back for taking out the stitches. Honestly, I am terrified.
By the way, this costed ~68,000 ft (~180 euro).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the radiology and lab services of this clinic several times over the past three years, always as an outpatient . My experience has always been vey positive. I have never needed to see any of the doctors but the technicians in Radiology (ODM and X-ray) and the labs have always been professional, kind and helpful, and the receptionists are very efficient. In my opinion, their prices are acceptable. I appreciated the fact that I received the CD with my X-ray images in a matter of minutes at no extra charge. I will continue using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is excellent clinic with excellent staff. I had to made here surgery and was happy that got in the hands of professionals. First, I would like to thank surgeon Dr. Kubiscek Tamas for his professionalism and smooth surgery, and also Annamaria, who supported and coordinated me during my stay in hospital. She is great. Nurses are also very nice. But I would like also mention one guy, who was carrying the couch to the surgery - Mikhail (may be I am mistaken with name), he speaks Ukrainian. His support was incredible, I was very nervous before operation but he talked with me, telling some stories and I relaxed and became calm.
