Szerdán telefonon jelentkeztünk náluk a férjemmel elisa tesztre.Felvették az adatainkat azzal, hogy pénteken kijönnek hozzánk a tesztek elvégzésére, mert sajnos ezt még csak kiszállással végezhetik. Meg is kérdezték, hogy mely volna az optimális időpont(10-11 óra közöttit jelöltem meg) Abban maradtunk a hölggyel, hogy a kollégája aki jön hozzánk csütörtökön napközben, vagy pénteken reggel felhív, hogy pontosan mikor érkezik, de igyekszik szem előtt tartani a kért idősávot. Csütörtökön nem hívott senki, pénteken negyed 10-ig vártam hátha... Felhívtam őket,hogy mégis mi újság.. ahol a hölgy közölte, hogy elfelejtettek minket, a kolléga már Csepelen van úgyhogy biztos nem jön hozzánk... Végül is kettőnk szabadnapja veszett kárba ügyintézés nélkül...(amit nem is értek, mert 211.000 ft+9.000 ft kiszállás lett volna a fizetendő, de úgy látszik már a pénz sem fontos...) Csak gratulálni tudok a hozzá nem értéshez!Senkinek sem ajánlom! The worst administration I have ever encountered. My husband and I applied for an elisa test on the phone on Wednesday. They recorded our data by coming out to us on Friday to do the tests, because unfortunately this can only be done by getting out. They also asked me what the optimal time would be (I marked between 10-11 o'clock) We stayed with the lady for her colleague who comes to us on Thursday during the day or on Friday morning to call exactly when she arrives, but tries to keep in mind the requested time zone. No one called on Thursday, I waited until 10 a.m. on Friday to see if ... I called them to see what newspaper ... where the lady told me they had forgotten us, the colleague is already in Csepel, so she sure won't come to us ... After all, our two days off were wasted without administration ... (which I didn't understand, because 2 11,000 ft + 9,000 ft of disembarkation would have been payable, but it seems that money is no longer important ...) I can only congratulate you for your incompetence! I don't recommend it to anyone!
