g	gelencsér rami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az érkezésünkkor értesültünk róla, hogy a kétemeletes ház középső szintjén a tulajdonosok élnek. Nagyobb társasággal érkeztünk szórakozás és kikapcsolódás céljából, amit előre jeleztünk. Sajnos ekkora létszámnál már a beszélgetés is alapzajjal jár, amit este 10 után nem tolerált a tulajdonos. A legkellemetlenebb az egészben az információ hiánya volt, amelyet több e-mail váltás és telefonbeszélgetés során sem osztott meg velük. Kisgyermekes családok számára kiváló helyszín, hiszen gyönyörű panoráma és rendezett udvar várja az érkezőket, azonban baráti összejövetelekre nem ajánlom, mert egyáltalán nem komfortos a tulajdonos jelenléte és a túlkontrolláltság. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we learned that the owners live on the middle level of the two-story house. We arrived with a larger company for fun and relaxation, which we predicted. Unfortunately, with such a large number of people, the conversation makes a lot of noise, which the owner did not tolerate after 10 pm. The most annoying thing about the whole thing was the lack of information he didn’t share with them in several email exchanges and phone conversations. It is an excellent place for families with small children, as a beautiful panorama and a tidy yard await visitors, however, I do not recommend it for gatherings of friends, because the presence of the owner and the over-control are not comfortable at all.
R	Regina Adame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minden szempontból tökéletes! Szép és jól felszerelt, modern apartman a Duna partján. A panoráma 10/10. Közel van Szentendre és a Lupa Beach. A tulajdonos rendkívül rendes. A képek és a leírtak maximálisan megegyeztek a valósággal. Imádtam ott! Visszatérő vendégek leszünk. Perfect in every way! Nice and well-equipped, modern apartment on the banks of the Danube. The panorama is 10/10. It is close to Szentendre and Lupa Beach. The owner is extremely normal. The pictures and what was described corresponded to reality to the maximum. I loved it there! We will be returning guests.
L	László Székely Benke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a hirdetésben sehol sem szerepelt, hogy a tulajdonos az apartmanházban él életvitelszerűen és ha éppen nem személyesen, akkor kamerán keresztül figyeli a vendégek minden lépését - önfeledt kikapcsolódás kizárt. A tulajdonos este 10 után a legkisebb zaj esetén is a vendégekkel szemben megengedhetetlen és fenyegetőző hangnemben lép fel a szomszédokra hivatkozva - azonban valójában nincs is szomszéd a közelben és csak a saját fizető vendégeit nem hajlandó elviselni, akik normális keretek között kapcsolódnának ki. Az apartmanok szépek, azonban ezt a fentieken kívül az is tovább árnyalja, hogy a hangyák rendszeres vendégei a szobáknak/fürdőknek. Unfortunately, nowhere in the advertisement was it stated that the owner lives a lifestyle in the apartment house and, if not in person, he monitors every step of the guests through a camera - self-forgotten recreation is excluded. After 10pm, the owner speaks in an unacceptable and threatening tone to guests, even in the slightest noise, citing neighbors - but in reality there is no neighbor nearby and he refuses to tolerate only his own paying guests who would normally turn off. The apartments are nice, but in addition to the above, this is further nuanced by the fact that ants are regular guests in the rooms / bathrooms.

B	Bence Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dézsa fürdőt és a szaunát ne hagyja ki senki, mivel gyönyönyörű a panoráma. Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt és tökéletesen tiszta volt. A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Biztos, hogy vissza térek még! Do not miss the tub bath and sauna, as the panorama is beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped and perfectly clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back again!

Nem korrekt a tulajdonos! Lásd lentebbi kommenteket is! Terrible experience! They asked for the down payment and then they rented out the apartments to someone else because they took them out for more days than we did! I do not recommend to anyone! The owner is not correct!
