Elek Márta bölcsődevezető sajátosan értelmezi a személyes adatok védelméről szóló törvényt ugyanis azzal, hogy a felhatalmazásom nélkül kiadta harmadik személynek , hogy fiam hová és melyik bölcsődébe jár (konkrétan nagyszülőnek, akivel haragban vagyunk és erről Elek Mártának is tudomása volt) nemcsak adatvédelmi aggályokat vet fel.
Nem tudom, hogy mégis milyen alapon avatkozik bele önkényesen a családi ügyeinkbe.
Amikor még Dunaújvárosban éltünk, akkor a hivatalból indult védelembe vételi eljárásban is tevőlegesen részt vett, hogy szigorúbb felügyelet alá helyezzen minket a gyámhatóság által. Egy igazi megátalkodott bürokrata.
Érdeklődve várom a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi Hatóság állásfoglalását ez ügyben, merthogy itt egy adatvédelmi incidens történt az egy laikusnak is nyilvánvaló.
