Néhány hét múlva kértem, hogy adják meg a festék színkódját, hogy Budapesten elmehessek festetni. Azt a választ kaptam, hogy nem hajlandóak, mert ez az üzletpolitikájuk, de bármikor elmehetek hozzájuk hajat festetni... Egy olyan üzletszabályzatban szerepel ez a kitétel, amit nem küldenek meg előzetesen a leendő ügyfélnek. Roppant etikus... Ügyfélkezelésből tragikusak, sajnálom, hogy így viszonyulnak azokhoz a vendégekhez, akik több tízezer forintot hagynak a szalonjukban. I visited the salon from Budapest. I changed a package I paid for under which my original hair was dyed a different color. A few weeks later, I asked them to give me the color code of the paint so I could go to Budapest to paint. I got the answer that they are not willing because it is their business policy, but I can go to them to dye their hair at any time ... This clause is included in a business policy that is not sent in advance to the prospective client. Very ethical ... They are tragic in terms of customer service, I am sorry that this is how they treat the guests who leave tens of thousands of forints in their salon.

Megfizethető és átlagos árak, impozáns környezet, és precíz igényes munka. Nagyon köszönöm és a jövőben is szívesen jövök ide. :) I was today (Sunday) for the first time. The receptionist was very nice about the phone and practically 30 minutes after the call I was already in the cosmetician. Affordable and average prices, impressive environment, and precise demanding work. Thank you very much and I will be here in the future. :)

J	Janos Prorok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Először jártunk ott, de maximálisan elégedett voltam. Az 5 éves fiamat vittem el egy kisfiú hajvágás mosás nélküli opcióra Lillához. Kellemes tiszta környezet, kedves barátságos hozzáállás amit tapasztaltam. Nem mellesleg a frizura is igazán klassz lett. A kisfiamnak is nagyon tetszett a barátságos fodrásznéni. Amit még kiemelték, az az online időpont foglaló rendszerük, ami nagyban megkönnyíti a szervezés. Valószínűleg legközelebb is ide hozom a fiút. We were there for the first time, but I was maximally satisfied. I took my 5 year old son to Lilla for a little boy haircut option without washing. Pleasant clean environment, nice friendly attitude that I experienced. By the way, the hairstyle has become really cool. My little boy also really liked the friendly hairdresser. What has also been highlighted is their online date booking system, which makes organizing much easier. I'll probably bring the boy here next time.

Az online időpontfoglalás lehetősége zseniális! Gyűlölök időpontot egyeztetni, mert nagyon tele van a naptáram de így nagyon kényelmes volt kiválasztani a ritka de megfelelő pillanatokat :D I was at Erika's and Zsóf's pedicure drying haircut. I am maximally satisfied with both professionals. The possibility of online appointment booking is brilliant! I hate to make an appointment because my calendar is very full but so it was very convenient to choose the rare but appropriate moments: D
