Ok, hogy egy ügyfélszolgálati iroda, ahová az ember eleve problémákkal megy, de a munkatársaik megfelelően képzettek,hozzáállásuk sem olyan, mint az állami apparátusban. Correct, helpful clerks. Kultúráltan kérdezték, hogy mit szeretnénk elintézni illetve, hogy van e időpontunk. Mivel nem volt időpont foglalásunk ezért hátra ment az ügyintézőhőz és utána megkért minket, hogy addig is foglaljunk helyett. KB 2 percet kellett várakoznunk majd mehettünk az ügyintézőhőz. A hölgy nagyon nagy kedves és segítőkész volt. Mindenben segítségünkre volt. Összeségében kb 10 perc alatt sikerült elintézni a dolgokat.
