★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzletben a kiszolgálás nagyon kedves, segítőkészek tanácsokat is adnak. Az árú kiadása gördülékeny. A kiszállítást pontosan és precízen csinálják. Több helyről kértem árajánlatot, ők voltak a legkedvezőbbek. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig, amire szükségem azt volt megtaláltam. Kár, hogy nem lehet kártyával fizetni, pedig minden alkalommal kaptam tételes számlát, szóval nem a sunnyogás miatt. Építőanyagot nem kis tételben vesz az ember, én pedig nem szeretek a bankba, utána pedig készpénzzel járkálni.
So far, what I needed was what I found. It’s a shame you can’t pay by card, even though I got an itemized bill every time, so not because of the sun. You buy building materials in small batches, and I don't like going to the bank and then walking around with cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pár hete tetőcserepet és szigetelő anyagot vásároltam náluk. Kértem, hogy segítsenek kiválasztani nekem egy olyan ár/érték arányú cserepet ami pénztárca barát, ugyanakkor hosszútávon sem fogok csalódni benne.
Az ügyintéző hölgy azonnal a gyártót hívta és lekérdezte a legfrissebb lehetőségeket. Külön öröm volt számomra, hogy nem akartak feleslegesen rám sózni, mindenféle marketinggel túlértékelt típusokat, illetve rengeteg szakmai információt kaptam a tetők (mai kornak és technológiáknak megfelelő) hőszigetelésével kapcsolatban.
....az ajánlatkéréskor, az ügyintéző hölgy jelezte, hogy szállítási problémák vannak, ami a cserép esetében akár 4 hét is lehet. Ehhez képest bő 2 hét alatt megérkezett :)
I bought roof tiles and insulation material from them a couple of weeks ago. I asked them to help me choose a price / value pot that is wallet friendly, but I will not be disappointed in it in the long run.
The clerk immediately called the manufacturer and asked for the latest options. It was a special pleasure for me that they didn’t want to salt me unnecessarily, I got all sorts of marketing overrated types, and I got a lot of professional information about thermal insulation of roofs (modern and technological).
.... when requesting a quote, the clerk indicated that there were shipping problems, which could be up to 4 weeks for the tile. In comparison, it arrived in a good 2 weeks :)
