O	Otto Szakács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi voltunk az első hitelre vásárlók. Ügyintézés közben derült ki, hogy hiányzik 1-2 papír. Türelmesen megvárták míg prezentáltuk. Jóval zárás után végeztünk, de végig türelmesek és segítőkészek voltak. Az elbírálás sikeres lett, így másnap már vittük is haza a bringát. Pár nem múlva érdeklődtek hogy milyen volt az út hazafele (45 km tekerés volt a hazaút) és hogy elégedettek vagyunk e a kerékpárral. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom az ebikeshop.hu Szegedi üzletét!!! We were the first credit buyers. During administration, it turned out that 1-2 papers were missing. They waited patiently while we presented. We were done well after closing, but they were patient and helpful throughout. The evaluation was successful, so we took the bike home the next day. A couple of times later, they inquired about what the road was like back home (45 km of winding was home) and how satisfied we were with this bike. A szakmai tudásuk messze messze túlszárnyalta az elvárt tájékoztatást. Nagyon széleskörű és alapos tudással rendelkező fiatalurak, rendkívüli intelligenciával és udvariassággal felruházva. Az üzletvezető fiatalúr nagyon készségesen segített és minden kérdésemre teljeskörűen tudott válaszolni, rengeteg új információval megerősítve a vásárlási szándékomat. Mire a vásárlásra került a sor már szinte teljesen képzett voltam s reméltem hogy a pályázat kitöltésével is könnyedén elboldogulok. Az feladta a leckét de szerencsére az üzletvezető úr ebben is profi útbaigazítást nyújtott. Nagyon köszönöm a segítségét mind a két fiatalnak nagyon lelkesek , udvariasak , igazán jó kereskedők. Az egész ügyintézés és vásárlás nagyon precízen és kellemesen zajlott minden idegeskedést mellőzve. Csak gratulálni tudok a fiataloknak. My wife and I visited the store many times to admire the beautiful bikes. The young gentleman in charge of the store was very willing to help and was able to answer all my questions in full, confirming my intention to buy with plenty of new information. By the time the purchase was made, I was almost fully qualified and I hoped that I would be able to handle the application easily. That gave up the lesson but luckily the store manager provided professional guidance on this as well. Thank you so much for your help both young people are very enthusiastic, polite, really good traders. The whole administration and purchase went very precisely and pleasantly, without any nervousness. I can only congratulate the young people.

Mivel majd 300km-választott el tőle, végleges döntésig tetemes mennyiségű kérdéssel bombáztuk az üzlet rendkívül felkészült és nagyon segítőkész, munkatársait. A többszöri telefon és @ váltás végül is sikeres üzlethez vezetett : ) Ez úton is köszönjük türelmüket! After many searches, we found this beautiful red Conway bike. Since it was almost 300km away from us, we bombarded the store’s extremely prepared and very helpful staff with a huge amount of questions until a final decision was made. Multiple phone and @ switching eventually led to a successful business:) Thank you for your patience!

Sikerült még aznap megvásárolni az előre kiválasztott kerékpárt, mivel ez elő volt készítve érkezésünkre. Mindenkinek ajánlom őket. Prepared, helpful and flexible salespeople were waiting for us in the store. They were able to answer all our questions and give direction. We managed to buy the pre-selected bike that day as it was prepared for our arrival. I recommend them to everyone.
