I	Il Dottore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Túra lezárásához kerestünk egy vállalható bisztró opciót. Szentendre korábban fel sem merült erre a célra, mivel egy-két jó éttermet (nem bisztró) leszámítva kizárólag a hétvégi kocaturista étkezési igényeit igyekezett kiszolgálni a maga felszínes, néhol igénytelenségbe hajló, fantáziátlan jellegtelenségével. Ezt az űrt látszik betölteni a nevezett egység a maga lendületes, fiatalos, letisztult eleganciájával, mely mind az enteriőrről, a személyzetről, étlapról és nem utolsó sorban a tányérokról mind elmondható. Mindössze néhány, talán említésre sem méltó mozzanat zárójelben, mely az összhatást nem befolyásolja. Kiváló, ízletes karfiolkrémleves, remek kacsacomb (a zuza, bár nevesítetten szerepel a leírásban, semmit nem tesz hozzá a tányérhoz, hidegen, vékonyan nem is egy főnyeremény, nem illik oda, nem túl ízletes, pörkölt formátumban lehetne érdemes átgondolni, vagy egyszerűen lehagyni), kellemes cézár, finom soufflé (kissé alulkészült) és egy kaotikus, de szintén ízletes szilvás "gezemice", afféle desszert-brassói (fura koncepció, az az érzése a vendégnek, hogy "maradékokból" lenne összedobva) de végülis elfogyott. Kiváló kávék, kiváló ár-érték arány és top3-as szentendrei tapasztalás, aminek lesz folytatása. Verdikt: kerekítve ugyan, de 5/5. To close the tour, we looked for an affordable bistro option. Szentendre had never appeared for this purpose before, as with the exception of one or two good restaurants (not bistros), he tried to serve only the eating needs of the weekend kocaturista with his superficial, sometimes unpretentious, unimaginative character. This space seems to be filled by the named unit with its vibrant, youthful, refined elegance, all about the interior, the staff, the menu and last but not least the plates. Just a few moments in parentheses, perhaps not to mention, that don’t affect the overall effect. Excellent, delicious cauliflower cream soup, great duck leg (zuza, although named in the description, does not add anything to the plate, it is not a main prize in the cold, thin, it is not worth it, it could be worth rethinking or simply omitting) , a pleasant caesar, delicious soufflé (slightly undercooked) and a chaotic but also tasty plum "gezemice", a kind of dessert in Brasov (a strange concept, the feeling of the guest being thrown together from "leftovers") but finally sold out. Excellent coffees, excellent value for money and top3 experience in Szentendre, which will be a continuation. Verdict: rounded, but 5/5.
