★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailben foglaltam augusztus 21-re 3db kerékpárt. Aznap reggel 9 órakor átvehettem a kifogástalan állapotú járgányokat. A napi bérlés másnap 9 óráig tartott, az ár korrekt. Kerékpárokhoz zárat adnak.
I booked 3 bicycles by email on August 21st. At 9 o'clock that morning, I was able to pick up the vehicles in perfect condition. The daily rental lasted until 9 am the next day, the price is fair. Bicycles are locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikes are fine (do not expect anything special), but customer service is critical. No sign of understanding, that they are service providers, no vision/need for feedback from customers. Enough tourist to get paid for the harry business.
Rented two bikes for 4 days, with the plan for cycling around lake Balaton (which needed to be paid in full, without option for flexibility), approx. 90 EURs. One of the bike's tire punctuated after 20 kms. Changed the tire at bike service shop, where they said it is normal to get refund for such happenings.
After arriving back I claimed that the repair cost should be refunded (5 EURs). The shop denied and claimed it is my “problem”. Not to mention that the bikes were returned earlier, which was neither refunded.
Definitely will not return back.
