A tervező valószínüleg unalmában pár sör után rajzolgatta meg az épület együttest. Nincs 2 egyforma lakás, még akkor is ha ez nem praktikus.Így legalább, egy idő után senki nem tudja majd, a gépészet nyomvonalait.... This modern housing estate is far overrated in terms of price. The lack of parking can be enveloped in advance. Completion of works, disaster. The designer probably drew the building ensemble after a few beers in his boredom. No 2 flats are alike, even if it's not practical. So at least, after a while, no one will know the trails of the engineering ....
L	László Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 csillag oka, így 3 év távlatában: Akkor még épülőben volt a lakópark. Felkértek minket egy munkanemre történő ajánlattételre. Elküldtük. Utána kihívtak minket helyszíni egyeztetésre, ahol jó, hogy az édesanyánkba nem küldtek el, mert hogy milyen drága. Kérem, ha ez a fontos, akkor miért kellett kimennünk? Nincs gond, ha valaki drágának talál minket, akkor nem ezt a céget kell választani. Gusztustalan pökhendi stílusban válaszolgattak a műszaki kérdéseinkre, egyértelmű műszaki tartalmat ugyanakkor nem tudtak biztosítani, "oldja meg a kivitelező". A tárgyalást otthagytuk, keressenek olcsóbbat, ha ez a legfontosabb szempont. Nyilván találtak is, hiszen elkészült (úgy-ahogy, megfordulok arra, az utcáról is látni néhány hibát a bizonyos munkanemben). Remélem az ott lakóknak nem fáj a fejük emiatt. De maga a hely nem lenne rossz, így 1 helyett 2 csillagot érdemelt a projekt. The reason for the 2 stars, so in the perspective of 3 years: At that time the residential park was still under construction. We were asked to bid for a job. We sent it. We were then called to an on-site consultation where it is good that they were not sent to our mother because of how expensive it is. Please, if this is important, why did we have to go out? No problem, if someone finds us expensive, then this company should not be chosen. They answered our technical questions in a distasteful Pökhend style, but they could not provide clear technical content, "the contractor solves". We have left the trial, look for cheaper if that is the most important aspect. Apparently they found it, too, since it’s done (somehow, I turn to see some flaws from the street in a certain job). I hope the residents there don’t have a headache because of this. But the place itself wouldn’t be bad, so the project deserved 2 stars instead of 1.

Családommal itt laktunk 2 évig, sajnos elég sok hiányossága van a lakóparknak, többek között a hiányos szigetelés, hűtési-fűtési rendszer hibái, és a lakás hatalmas mértékű penészedése. Sajnos amennyire szépnek néz ki, annyira nagy csalódás volt. Dear ECO grove residential park! My family and I have lived here for 2 years, unfortunately the residential park has quite a few shortcomings, including inadequate insulation, faults in the cooling and heating system, and a huge amount of mold in the apartment. Unfortunately, as beautiful as it looked, it was such a big disappointment.
