Semmilyen segítőkészséget nem tapasztaltam, hogy orvosolják az ő hibájukat. Mégegyszer nem fogok rendelni tőlük. :-( I did not try the cookies, but I ordered them. The marzipan roses were crushed and still stood up to them that I didn't want to bring. I didn't find any helpfulness to remedy their mistake. I won't order them again. :-(

Lehetne nagyobb a kínálat, van pár dolog amit hiányolok, de összességében rendben van a bolt, ha valami gyorsan kell be tudsz szaladni, de a legtöbb ember úgyis online rendel, ott több mindent lehet találni. A little expensive, but a lot of foreign brands, and quality products. Két nap után érdeklődtem telefonon, hogy mikor mehetek a csomagomért, elmondásuk szerint már átvehető volt, csak nem tudtak róla e-mailt küldeni. Az üzletbe érve közölték csak, hogy a rendelésem legfontosabb része mégsem elérhető, annak ellenére, hogy a webshopban elérhető volt és vissza is igazolták nekem. Megérzésem szerint inkább eladták a boltban egy másik azonnali vásárlónak. Mivel szezonális termékről van szó (húsvét), direkt azért választottam ezt a boltot, mert gondoltam garantáltan megkapom az ünnepig. Hát, nem így történt, jól megjártam mivel nem szóltak időben és már esélyem sincs ilyet venni máshol. Az eladó kedves nem volt, sem velem sem az előttem vásárló hölggyel, érdektelen és flegma között billegett a kiszolgálás stílusa. I bought a product in a webshop with personal collection. After two days, I inquired by phone that when I could go for my package, they said it was ready to pick up, they just couldn’t send me an email about it. Arriving at the store, I was only told that the most important part of my order was still unavailable, even though it was available in the webshop and was confirmed to me. In my opinion, it was rather sold in the store to another instant buyer. Since this is a seasonal product (Easter), I chose this store directly because I thought I was guaranteed to get it until the holiday. Well, it didn't happen that way, I did well because they didn't speak on time and I don't have a chance to buy one anywhere else. The seller was not kind, neither with me nor the lady buying in front of me, the style of service waved between uninterested and phlegm.
