About Édesem

Márk Szonja vagyok, menthetetlen süteményfüggő.

Néhány éve gondoltam egy merészet, és korábbi, újságírói munkámat hátrahagyva, felnőtt fejjel kitanultam egy számomra teljesen új szakmát, bölcsész diplomáim mellé szereztem szakmunkás bizonyítványt, és beálltam cukrásznak. 2009-ben, fejlődésemet dokumentálandó, elindítottam az Édesem blogot, ami azóta túlnőtt a kezdeti célon.

Évekig tartó kísérletezgetés és néhány év éttermi cukrászkodás után 2015-ben megnyitottam az Édesem Cukrászdát, amit 2018-ban tortaműhellyé alakítottam át, ahol a tortakészítés mellett nagy érdeklődéssel kísért cukrász workshopokat is tartok.

2016-ban jelent meg az első süteményeskönyvem a BOOOK Kiadónál Édesem süteményei címmel, amelyet azóta az Édesem-sorozat követett.

P	Petra Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szeretem a tortàkat és sütiket, amik innen származnak, de a nyitvatartást nagyon jó lenne, ha aktualizálnátok. Idejöttem és a Google szerint nyitva kéne lennie, de nincs. :-( I really like the cakes and cookies that come from here, but the opening hours would be great if you could update. I came here and Google says it should be open, but no. :-(

A google-ben nyitva es helyi atvetel lehetseges volt feltuntetve, ezert tobb mint egy orat utaztam oda-vissza hogy naluk vasarolhassak, erre egy flegma kezmozdulattal lettem elkuldve, hogy nincsenek nyitva, holott erre az oldalukon sem utalt semmi. Mindenkinek azt tanacsolom, hogy ketszer is gondolja meg, hogy eredemes ennek fenyeben felkeresni oket, vagy inkabb egy kozelebbi megbizhato cukraszdat valasztana. Their products are really good, but I find it outrageous not to take the time to update the opening hours on their surfaces. Open and local shipping was possible on google, so I traveled back and forth for more than an hour to buy from them, and I was sent a phlegmatic gesture that they were not open, even though there was nothing on their site. I would advise everyone to think twice that it is worth visiting them or choosing a more reliable confectionery.
M	Márton Óváry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem szeretem màr a kèzműves kifejezèst,mert minden màsodik igènytelen büfè vallja annak magàt...de ez a hely lehetne az,de inkàbb azt mondom igènyes,izlèses,finom,hàzias,ötletes,visszamegyek:). I don't like the craft term anymore, because every second unpretentious buffet professes its own ... but this place could be that, but I'd rather say demanding, tasty, delicious, homemade, imaginative, I'll go back :).

It's a small and cozy place with just one table and a bench but you can take away and it worth it since the cakes are out of this world. The owner is very nice and friendly. The cakes are always changing but always very very good. Everything is home made you can't find anything preproduced. Even the whipped cream is fully home made from milk! The location is close to a park so you can even take your cake and coffee there.
