Sajnos a garanciális hibák javítása abban az esetben oldódott meg mikor azt mi intéztük, bár azt kis késéssel ki is fizették, de egy szivárgó hűtősapka már több mint öt hónap alatt megoldhatatlan problémának tűnik. Bár tévesen küldtek egy kiegyenlítőtartályt, továbbá telefonon is nagyon nehezen elérhetők. Úgy gondolom ha valaki adapterekkel együtt több mint tizenhat milliót elkölt egy cégnél, rugalmasabb ügyintézést várna.
Emailre nem válaszolnak, telefonon nem hívnak vissza. Még szerencse, hogy nem nagyobb hibáról van szó!
We purchased a MultiOne 9.5 machine and adapters. Unfortunately, repairing warranty defects was resolved when we did it, even though it was paid out with a slight delay, but a leaking cooler cap seems like an unsolvable problem for more than five months. Although they sent a surge tank by mistake, they are also very difficult to reach by phone. I think if someone spent more than sixteen million on a company with adapters, they would expect more flexible administration.
They do not reply to emails or call them back by phone. Luckily, this is not a bigger mistake!
