★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon rossz tapasztalataim vannak a webshoppal. Először elrontották a rendelésem, nem nyomták rá a mellényre a feliratot, amit rendeltem. Mikor megreklamáltam, először is azt állították, hogy nem is azt rendeltem. Aztán persze a visszaigazolással bebizonyítottam, hogy de. Kértem, hogy mivel ők rontották el a rendelést, fizessék ki a visszaküldés díját, így lett volna korrekt. Ehelyett kioktatást és fölényeskedést kaptam, fizessem ki én, mert „így működnek a webshopok”. Hát szerencsére nem így működnek, ilyen hozzáállással még nem találkoztam. A hangnem miatt elment a kedvem az egésztől, így elálltam a vásárlástól és ilyenkor tényleg sajnos saját költségen kell visszaküldenem az árut.
Minimális rugalmassággal és normális hangnemmel orvosolható lett volna a probléma, így viszont maradt a rossz élmény. Vevőkkel való bánásmódból nem egyes, hanem nulla, senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy itt vásároljon, ha nem akar lekezelő és kioktató leveleket kapni.

With minimal flexibility and a normal tone, the problem could have been fixed, leaving a bad experience. Of the treatment of customers, not some, but zero, I do not recommend anyone to buy here if you do not want to receive treatment and training letters.
