Én teljesen feltöltődtem és a kislányom is nagyon élvezte. Csak ajánlani tudom, ha kicsit szeretnél kilépni a hétköznapi mókuskerékből. Moni's baby mom did yoga for me and my 10-month-old daughter. Nagyon tetszett, hogy odafigyelt, mindent érthetően és követhetően mondott és végig nagyon kedves volt, a végén a meditációhoz még takarót is tett rám.
