Vásároltam egy Ditec Obbi kapunyitót ,melyet magam telepítettem mechanikailag, de a programozás valamelyest kifogott rajtam.
Ekkor befáradtam ismét az üzletbe, és már szinte teljes szakoktatást kaptam, ami alapján gyerekjáték volt a "szám ízéhez" beállítani az elektronikát!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos szervízként értelmezhetetlen a tevékenységük, mert gyakorlatilag ki sem jönnek, mondván, hogy egyszer megbontott szerkezethez már nem jönnek javítani. Egy ilyen viszonylag kevés alkatrészből álló szerkezetnél ezt a hozzáállást egy szerelőtől nem is értem. Ha meg cserében gondolkozunk is felejtős a hely, mert az a kapunyitó motor, ami máshol bruttó 41900 ill. 44900, náluk 59900. Szóval véleményem szerint csak a tutira mennek, azt is jó nagy haszonnal...végsősoron ez is egy üzletpolitika. Az egy csillag azért jár, mert telefonban amúgy készségesnek tűnik a kolléga, még ha segíteni nem is akar...
Update: mivel Önöktől a válaszukban olvasható arrogancián kívül nulla támogatást, nulla tippet kaptam, hogy egyáltalán hol lehet a hiba, a javítástól pedig megfutamodtak, kénytelen voltam nekiállni egyedül. A szerkezet aminek a javításától ennyire félnek Önök, primitívebb, mint a válaszuk. A hibát sikerült kijavítani, és lassan 2 hónapja tökéletesen üzemel a motor, mindez kb 1 órába és egy 25 Forintos (!!!) eltört csavarba került! Az meg, hogy az előző tulaj már egyszer megbontotta a motort jóindulatból mondtam el, nem sejtve, hogy ezzel bújnak ki a megbízás alól. Szóval lehet itt arcoskodni, meg a tevékenységüket rocket science-nek beállítani, az ügyféltől a “falat kaparni” aki segítséget várna Önöktől...ez továbbra is csak Önöket minősíti, mint az is, ha valamit 40%-kal drágábban adnak, mint mások. Szerencsére sok vélemény, keresőoldal támogatja az embereket abban, hogy tudják ki az akit messziről el kell kerülni! További szép napot!

Update: Since I received zero support from you, in addition to the arrogance in your answer, zero tips on where the error might be at all, and you ran away from the fix, I was forced to start alone. The structure you are so afraid of improving is more primitive than your answer. The error was fixed and the engine has been running perfectly for 2 months, it all took about 1 hour and a broken 25 Forint (!!!) screw! I told you that the previous owner had broken the engine once in good faith, not guessing that this would evade the order. So you can face it here, set up your activity as rocket science, “scratch the wall” from the client who would expect help from you ... it still only qualifies you, as if you were giving something 40% more expensive than others . Fortunately, many reviews and search sites support people in knowing who to avoid from afar! Have a nice day!
