Mindez korrekt áron. Remek munka! Majd, amikor küldtem nekik egy elállási nyilatkozatot, a tulajdonos hölgy válaszolt e-mailben, jogszabályokra hivatkozva, amiket sajátosan átfestett kicsit, így nem állták meg a helyüket. Amikor erre felhívtam a figyelmét, megígérte, hogy beszél a nagykerrel, és ha ők visszaveszik, akkor visszaveszi ő is. Tavaly év végéig semmi válasz nem volt, többször rákérdeztem, és semmi további igyekezetet nem láttam, ezért harmadszorra nem kérdeztem, feljelentettem a fogyasztóvédelmnél. Ebben a hónapban érkezett meg a határozat, amiben elmarasztalta a hatóság a szóban forgó céget és felhívta a figyelmét a további jogsértő magatartás megszűntetésére! Pénzbeli bírságot egyelőre nem kaptak, de bíztatok mindenkit, akivel lekezelően bánnak, vagy bántak az elmúlt időszakban és ebből esetleg valamilyen joghátrány érte, nyugodtan tegyen feljelentést, nem kell hagyni, hogy jogszerűtlenül viselkedjenek velünk fogyasztókkal!
