Tudtommal egy olyan írásos megállapodás van érvényben amiben az áll, hogy egy bizonyos időpontig visszafizetik a befizetett kötbéremet! Ez az időpont letelt, abban a megàllapodásban egy szó sincs egy másik felajànlott ingatlanról. De köszönöm én is tanultam belőle! Soha többet ingatlaniroda!! Unfortunately, I went with them very much! I was misinformed, which is why I have been running for my money for a month. Unreliable ... This “answer” is interesting! To the best of my knowledge, there is a written agreement in place that states that my penalty will be refunded by a certain date! This date has passed, there is not a word in that agreement about another property offered. But thank you I also learned from it! Never again a real estate agent !!
