Semmikepp sem ajanlom. Gyorsan dolgozott a lakásba lépéstől a teljes befejezésig nem volt sem evés sem szünet vagy pihenés mint amit máshol más vállalkozasnál már tapasztaltam.Tisztan dolgozott de a furás kicsit hangos volt viszont nem tartott tul sokáig mivel minőségi szerszámokkal dolgozott Bátran ajanlom mindenkinek I didn't understand the climate but the gentleman explained everything very kindly and patiently and helped me choose the most suitable type and size where it would be the most suitable place in the apartment and the price was more favorable than the mashol I was looking for. Néhány hónapig használtuk egy nyáron keresztül az általa felszerelt klímát, ami a második évben már nem működött rendesen, éppen csak langyosat fújt. Némi laikus utánanézéssel ez gázhiánynak tűnt. Felkerestem Konkoly Urat, hogy mi a helyzet, ő mondta hogy (persze) pénzért kijön, és megírta hogy mennyi lesz a gáznak kilója (garancia persze szerinte nincs rá, mert pár héttel lemaradtunk a kötelező karbantartásról, amire beszereléskor még szóban azt mondta hogy nem kell komolyan venni, majd igazolja hogy megcsinálta ha gond lenne), és hogy 1-2 napon belül kijön. Nyilván hiába lenne garanciális a készülék, az sem vonatkozna arra, ha a hanyag szerelés miatt elmegy a gáz, aminek józan paraszti ésszel nem kéne 1 év alatt elszivárogni. Mikor visszaírtam hogy nem ez a gáz van benne, hanem ami fele annyiba kerül (ez persze kiderült az korábbi árajánlatából is, amire válaszoltam, meg a klíma leírásából is) akkor már hirtelen be lett táblázva az elkövetkezendő hetekre, meg amúgy is milyen messze vagyunk, és egyébként is, ilyen magasan nem lehet normális megcsinálni (A 2. emeleten. Ezen már akkor is problémázott amikor felszerelte, emiatt nem is került optimális magasságba a kültéri, ahol a kilógó tető árnyékolta volna a naptól, mert nem volt létrája ami elért volna odáig, miközben jeleztem előre, hogy milyen magasra kell szerelni). Azóta sem jelentkezett. Nem is az volt a legnagyobb probléma, hogy hibázott (bár elég drága baki), mert bárki hibázhat, hanem az, hogy meg sem próbálta kijavítani azt, amit hanyagul csinált meg. Azóta kijött egy szakember, megcsinálta a rossz csatlakozást, és újra feltöltve szó szerint jobban hűt mint újkorában (tehát szerelési hiba volt). Nem ajánlom senkinek, ha csak nem akar nagyobb összegeket fizetni rövid időn belül a munkája után. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Had reagáljak a válaszára: Szívesen osztottam meg, és első körben javulhat abban, hogy nem csak addig ügyfél az ügyfél, amíg nincs probléma azzal, amilyen munkát végzett. És valóban ne vállaljon el olyan munkát, főleg ne tegye zsebre a pénzt, amihez nincs még egy normális létrája sem (nemhogy segédje, hogy ne egy kézzel kapaszkodva lavírozzon fel a kültérivel a második emelet magasságába), netalántán vegyen egyet, nem olyan nagy befektetés, egy klíma szerelésből plusz a készüléken lévő haszonból vesz hármat. Ne tippeljek? Talán ön szerint a gyártó megtérítette volna azt, hogy a szakszerűtlen szerelés miatt elment a gáz? Vagy talán ön kijött volna ingyen vígan és dalolva megcsinálni, ha még lett volna rá garancia, így, hogy még pénzért sem jött ki?? Ne vicceljünk már. Legalább annyit tehetne, hogy bocsánatot kér, mikor arra sem méltatott, hogy kijavítja amit elszúrt, mi meg újra fizethettünk ki nem kevés pénzt másnak. De mit is várunk, ezek általában úgysem derülnek ki, számlát nem kaptunk, bizonyítani semmit nem tudunk, és mindig lesz újabb ügyfél akit le lehet venni, nem lényeg a hírnév...
