The surrounding is beautiful, the hotel itself is nice as well. The hotel is well equipped, the spa is really good, just a bit small. The staff could be kinder.

In a beautiful area, right in the nature. The hotel is clean, generally well maintained. Only the tap and shower curtain looks very cheap, while the keys are really outdated, that's where the 5th star was lost.

Went here for 3 days, at first it looked very appealing in a beautiful location within the mountains, however the hygiene of this place is rather disappointing as i arrived in a 2 person room, however the 4 glass cups i got within the room to use were all dirty which made me think they just left it there from the occupants before or didn’t clean properly, however my experience with this hotel was rather nice, we got a large corner-bath between 2 people however my friend whom had 3 people within their room only had a little bath and payed more which is rather unfair to me. Also my other friend stayed there with 2 children and her husband, however their tap broke off the day they arrived and when they asked to get it fixed they were forced to wait till the next day without any refund or room change for the inconvinience, they also experience the same hygiene problems as me, dirty cups and dirty toilet. On the other hand the food was nice although it may only be appealing to native people who are from Hungary as it’s traditional food, however theres plenty of things so everyone can find something to eat. Also i picked up a cup from the dining room and there was visible dirt or grease on the side, i wouldn’t expect this much disappointment on a 3 day trip from a hotel however there were plenty of pools with 1 long cold swimming pool and 2 round circle pools also 2 jacuzzis which turn on every half an hour for 30 minutes which is a long wait for the jacuzzis however there were 2 finn-saunas and 2 others which i didn’t try. The staff were hands-down extremely polite and were nice with their service which is one of the positives of this hotel, also the scenery and location is beautiful as there was still snow around the surrounding mountains near the end of March. Altogether i wouldn’t recommend this hotel as i’m sure you can find cheaper or better service for round the same price but this just depends on where your looking or what your budget is, although i wouldn’t recommend it I still enjoyed my stay, however most of the friends and family I came with didn’t.

Good room depending if you are in old or in new building (better in New ) Nice outside pool, inside is pool Jacuzzi and sauna. Food is good and they really make an effort to change every day the evening buffet. Drinks are extra but normal prices. Nice moment

Lovely location, spacious but very outdated rooms with furniture from the 90s. The hotel positions itself much higher with their prices than what really is. Every meal was unedible. Some serious problems with the kitchen. Would not recommend at all.

It's a gorgeous hotel surrounded with woods. Staff are polite and well trained. Food is nice, wellness facilities are great too. Family friendly atmosphere. Keep up with the quality and service. Well done. Food allergy information need some focus and work.

Food is good, crew is nice, and the forest is fantastic up on the hill
